The Boy insisted we make a cake for M's birthday - this is it just coming out the oven. We'll ice it tomorrow and decorate it unsubtly with chocolate buttons and pink sprinkles!

Unsubtle can be good. My chocolate caterpillar cake with 35 candles was unsubtle as anything, but fun.
And more like a porcupine than a caterpillar.
